A meeting on the demarcation of the Turkmen-Uzbek border was held in Nukus

A regular meeting of the working groups of the Joint Turkmen-Uzbek Commission on State Border Demarcation was held in Nukus from April 1 to 7.

The meeting participants considered the issue of preparation for a joint meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission on the demarcation of the state border between Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan. As a result, the corresponding Protocol was signed.

The previous meeting of the joint Turkmen-Uzbek demarcation commission was held in February in the city of Turkmenabat. The upcoming meeting will also take place on the territory of Turkmenistan.
