An exhibition of surrealistic paintings by Lyudmila Nabirkina opened in Ashgabat

In Ashgabat, at the Exhibition Center, a personal exhibition of works by Lyudmila Nabirkina, who works in the genre of surrealism, has opened.

According to the publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age", this is the second exhibition of the 64-year-old artist.

Among the paintings presented by the artist is "Requiem for Ashgabat 1948". The misfortune covered the city with a black wing, the black lines of death forever crossed someone's fate, plans, lives. But in the foreground, the artist shows a bird's nest with a laying of eggs - a pulsating life.

The painting "Mise-en-scene and the presence of Gogol" was written based on the theatrical production of N. Gogol's work "Viy".

Of the early works, the exhibition presents "Family photography", "Portrait of Guljennet and the water cycle in nature."
