The opening match of the 2023 Asian Cup will see the teams of Qatar and Lebanon meet. The meeting will be broadcast live by the Tajik sports TV channel “Football”, reports the official website of the television company.
The starting whistle will sound at 21:00 Ashgabat time. The game will be held at the “Lusail” stadium, which seats 88 thousand spectators. The match will be officiated by a team of referees led by Iranian referee Alireza Faghani.
Let us remind that the teams of Qatar, Lebanon, China and Tajikistan will fight to leave group “A”. Based on the results of the group stage, three teams will receive a ticket to the 1/8 finals of the tournament.
