Türkmendemirýollary Agency has organized three-lateral meeting of railroad departments of Turkmenistan, the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Islamic Republic of Iran in video conference format.During the talks, the sides have reviewed activation of operation of transport and transit international and regional corridors.
In this regard, specific measures for diversification of joint efforts aimed at realization of existing significant potential of the partnership have been discussed.Subjects related to exchange of relative information including the information about making of frontier medical and sanitary conditions in existing situation caused by COVID-19 have also been highlighted.
It was mentioned that these measures are to make significant effect on growth of cargo flows, support provision of uninterrupted transit movement of railroad transport across the territory of the state in order to give new dynamic to regional cooperation.
The participants of the meeting have also spoken for continuation of practice of regular consultations allowing coordinating the main vectors of joint work.
