On 17 July President Gurbanguly Berdymukhammedov issued a severe reprimand to the NSM Minister Dovrangeldi Bairamov for “poor performance of job responsibilities, weakened control over discipline observance by staff of the subordinate agencies.
Bairamov has been occupying the post of Turkmenistan’s National Security Minister since March 2016. The President reprimanded him twice: in October and November 2016.
