Export Transactions at SCRMET Reach Approximately $18 Million

Currency auctions at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan (SCRMET) on Monday saw transactions totaling over $17.8 million, as reported by the SCRMET.

Representatives from the United Arab Emirates and Turkey acquired polypropylene grades TPP D 382 BF and TPP D 30 S, amounting to $1 million.

An afghan buyer secured hydrotreated diesel fuel worth $8.23 million, while a trader from Uzbekistan purchased TS-1 jet fuel for a total of $8.61 million.

For the domestic market, local entrepreneurs procured TPP D 382 BF polypropylene and sheet glass, with the total value of transactions reaching 1.65 million manats.

The previous week witnessed transactions exceeding $28.6 million at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan.
