According to the business plan of PAO “Kamaz”, 450 electric buses will be produced in 2022, and this is only for Moscow. This is reported by the site kamaz.ru, referring to the words of the General Director of “Kamaz” Sergey Kogogin.
The trend of increasing the production of electric buses comes from the high interest in ecological transport in many regions of Russia, including such cities as Kazan, Belgorod, Sochi, Sakhalin, St.Petersburg.
Recall that in 2022, “Kamaz” electric buses will be delivered for test operation to Turkmenistan. It is expected that this type of transport will serve “Ashgabat City” in the future.
