Hajj Accord: Turkmenistan & Saudi Arabia Forge Pilgrimage Partnership

The Muftiate of Turkmenistan and the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia recently inked a significant pact for the 2024 Hajj pilgrimage.

This pivotal agreement was formalized during the "Hajj and Umrah Services" conference in Jeddah, held from January 8 to 11, 2024, as reported by the press service of Turkmenistan's Foreign Ministry.

Spearheading the Turkmen delegation at this international gathering is Mufti Yalkap Hojaguliyev.

Notably, representatives from over 80 countries actively participate in this event, which aspires to enhance the pilgrimage experience by fostering cultural and religious enrichment.
