Polling stations will be formed in Turkmenistan for citizens of Uzbekistan to vote in a referendum

The Embassy of Uzbekistan in Turkmenistan reported that polling stations will be organized in Ashgabat, Turkmenabat and Dashoguz for citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan temporarily or permanently residing in the territory of Turkmenistan to vote in a referendum on the draft Constitutional Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan”, which will be held on April 30, 2023.

In particular, a separate polling station will be organized in Ashgabat at the Embassy at the address: Georogly street, 50-a. Field polling stations will operate in the “Yupek Yoly” hotels in the city of Turkmenabat (April 19) and the “Dashoguz” hotel in Dashoguz city (April 24), reports the “Neutral Turkmenistan” newspaper.
