Preparations for the VI Caspian Summit discussed in Turkmenistan

Today, the issues of preparation for the VI Summit of the heads of the Caspian states within the framework of the events planned in Turkmenistan for 2022 were discussed at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at a meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission on the Caspian Sea.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, relevant Deputy Prime Ministers, heads of a number of ministries and departments attended the meeting.

The participants of the meeting considered issues related to the elaboration of draft documents planned for consideration at the Summit.

Initially, the VI Caspian Summit was to be held in Turkmenistan in 2021. However, later it became known of its reschedule to 2022.
