President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has left with a working trip for Balkan region for acquaintance with the course of work on development of transport-logistics infrastructure of the region.From the air harbour leader of the nation of Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov took off by the helicopter to the gulf of Garabogazkol.
The head of the state arrived in the automobile bridge which will be put through the strait, connecting the Garabogazkol with the Caspian Sea.Having familiarised with the object’s condition, and also the channel of the strait, the President of the country charged corresponding heads to announce the international tender on building of a new bridge and reconstruction of the roads which should meet modern requirements, leading to it.
It is necessary to note that the gulf of Garabogazkol is rich in natural resources used in chemical industry.This is one of the unique places on the planet where under natural conditions crystallisation of sulphate of sodium and other valuable salt minerals occur commercially.
At the same time the building of the new bridge through the gulf of Garabogazkol which will become an important engineering construction of the international transport route of Turkmenistan-Kazakhstan, reconstruction of the roads which will be joined with a high-speed highway Ashkhabad-Turkmenbashi, leading to it, will allow to raise considerably throughput of the road system of the country, quality and efficiency of logistical services, to expand the international transport-transit infrastructure and trade and economic relations with the neighbouring countries.
The head of Turkmenistan underlined that the important requirement for realisation of the given project is to use of advanced experience and innovative technologies.Together with foreign partners large-scale projects on creation combined regional and inter-regional logistical system, to formation of the interstate transit corridors connecting Central Asia and Europe, the Caspian, Black Sea and Baltic regions, Mediterranean and the Near East, Southern and South East Asia are carried out.
The given projects aimed at revival of the Great Silk road, in the millennia connecting the people of Eurasia, during the modern historical epoch open the widest prospects for activization of interstate trade and economic, tourist and cultural-humanitarian relations.
The building of Kazakhstan-Turkmenistan-Iran transnational steel highway which became an integral part of the regional and international transport infrastructure, serves as example of successful combination of efforts of the neighbouring countries.
As the leader of the nation marks, territories of five Caspian countries are the natural geographical space connecting Asia with Europe and providing effective functioning of transport-transit both trading corridors and optimisation of cargo streams in directions of the East-West and the North-South.
Thereupon it is necessary to give prime attention to formation of reliable system of ecological protection of the Caspian Sea, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov said, having noted that like in all corners the country new enterprises erected in this region, industrial projects should answer nature protection criteria and requirements completely.
We will further promote in every possible way henceforth the strengthening of brotherly and good-neighbourhood bonds between the Caspian countries which people are united by centuries-old historical and cultural relations, consolidation of the status of ancient Khazar as the sea of peace, friendship and consent, the leader of the nation underlined.
The further development of International port of Turkmenbashi should be aimed at expansion of international trade relations of our country, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov said.Thus the head of the state emphasised the idea of creation of the Caspian regional logistics centre, called to become the structure co-ordinating joint activity of the neighbouring countries in the field of formation and effective utilisation of new transport-transit corridors, connecting Asia with Europe, including the route of Afghanistan-Turkmenistan-Azerbaijan-Georgia-Turkey ("Lapis Lazuli").
Having noted the escalating of throughput of transport-transit corridor in Balkan region, playing a dominant role in activization of partnership with foreign countries, the leader of the nation gave corresponding heads concrete instructions on acceleration of development of the civil-engineering design of the International airport near the settlement of Jebel.
Then President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov arrived in the International seaport of the city of Turkmenbashi where he in details familiarised himself with the activity of the sea harbour.About the work conducted in the International port, the head of agency "Türkmendeňizderýaýollary" reported.
Further President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on an electric car familiarised himself with the work conducted in the territory of the International seaport.This complex which has received the international certificates of some authoritative structures has strengthened its positions as the transcontinental transport-logistics centre of Turkmenistan.
In the International sea port of Turkmenbashi which has been equipped with the latest technologies there are all possibilities for an access of the European countries to the commodity and raw markets of the countries of Near and Middle East and the region of the Indian ocean.
In the complex structure there are ferry, passenger and container terminals, and also the ship-building and ship-repair factory operates.The coastal infrastructure includes a set of other constructions.
Further President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov familiarised himself with the dynamics of building of objects of different designations in Avaza national tourist zone.On his way the leader of the nation familiarised himself with the state of affairs of construction of a multifield hospital for 400 beds in the city of Turkmenbashi of Balkan region.
As known, in the centre of continued attention of the head of the state there are issues of promotion of health of people, establishment of principles of active way of life in society.
In recent years in different corners of the country the medical centres equipped with the advanced technologies from leading world manufacturers are constructed.The seven-story multitype hospital which is under construction on the coast of the Caspian Sea will fill up the list of local medical institutions.
Here operative work on preventive maintenance, diagnostics and treatment of various diseases will be adjusted.On the ground floor of the hospital under construction will be the reception, the unit "First aid", offices of physiotherapy, stomatology, hemodialysis, chemotherapy and related medical services.
It also envisages units of pediatrics, gynecology, neuro- traumatology, surgery, urology, oncology, cardiology, endocrinology and others.In the hospital the delivery room and a conference hall for 200 persons will be placed.
Having familiarised with the state of affairs of construction of a new cottage complex by members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan which proceeds at intensive rates, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov expressed head of UIET discontent with work on erection of the given object.
Having noted that features of the decor and colour of the paints used for colouring of premises of cottages, do not correspond to requirements, the leader of the nation disposed to take concrete measures on correction of the admitted lacks in the shortest possible time.
Today within the limits of his working trip to Balkan province President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov took a walk with his colleagues in the territory of Avaza national tourist zone.As the head of the state invariably marks, the bicycle sports which are considered as a non-polluting sport and makes good influence on the human body.
