SCRMET: Technical sulfuric acid sold for 216 million manats

Technical sulfuric acid was purchased for 216 million manats at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan (SCRMET) in Tuesday's trading session.

According to the SCRMET press service, the product acquired by the local entrepreneur at the SCRMET auction was produced at the production facility of the Türkmenhimiýa (Turkmen Chemicals) State Concern.

A representative from the business community of the United Arab Emirates purchased raw cretonne fabric. The total transaction amount was $51,200.

Last week, transactions totaling more than $28,619,000 were concluded at the SCRMET.

Established in 1994, the SCRMET is the primary regulatory body overseeing export-import operations in Turkmenistan.
