Technology Center of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan received membership in the IASP Association of Technoparks

The Technology Center of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan has received a certificate approving its membership in the International Association of scientific techno parks and innovation development zones (IASP).

Membership in the International Association allows Turkmen scientists to contact experts from 350 world’s leading technological and scientific centers, national associations to promote innovation, transfer knowledge and increase of effectiveness of technology parks.

Moreover, great opportunities for the work of the first in Turkmenistan Transfer Center, which was opened at the Technology Center this year to support innovation and create favorable conditions for scientific research and development.

The main task of the International Association of Technoparks and Innovative Development Zones (IASP) is to unite professionals and provide access to services.The association's activities contribute to the development and efficiency of technoparks, helps strengthen the competitiveness of 115 thousand resident companies engaged in the production and scientific development of new technologies, biotechnologies, agriculture and new audiovisual programs.

The headquarters of the organization is located in Malaga (Spain).

ANT's membership in the International Association will provide great opportunities to improve the efficiency of the Technology Center at the global level, the publication “Turkmenistan: The Golden Age” reports.

Earlier we reported that the Technology Center of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan became a member of the International Association of Technoparks.
