Today, a telephone conversation took place between President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
Having warmly welcomed the head of the friendly state, the Turkmen leader noted that he was very saddened by the news that Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his wife were infected with the coronavirus.
On his own behalf and on behalf of his wife Ogulgerek, the head of Turkmenistan addressed the Turkish leader and his wife, Mrs. Emine, wishing for a speedy recovery, while expressing his firm confidence that, thanks to their strong will and fortitude, they will be able to overcome this disease as soon as possible .
Taking the opportunity, the head of state confirmed the readiness of the Turkmen side, if necessary, to provide all possible assistance and support.
“I will pray to the Almighty to send you and your wife a speedy recovery,” President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov said at the end of the conversation, wishing Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his family good health for many years to come.
Sincerely thanking his Turkmen brother for the words of support and expressed good wishes, the Turkish leader expressed his firm confidence in the inviolability of friendship and brotherhood between the peoples of Turkey and Turkmenistan.
