The Fourth Phase of the Development of the “Galkynyş” Gas Field Will Create More Than a Thousand Jobs

The National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, highlighted the scale of the socio-economic transformations in his speech at the ceremony marking the launch of work on the fourth phase of the development of the “Galkynyş” field. “The implementation of such a significant project covers the full cycle of operations, from the construction of gas wells to the installation of facilities for gas collection, purification, and processing, as well as pipelines, external supply networks, and residential and public buildings.

Upon completion of the work, 1,041 jobs will be created,” noted the Hero-Arkadag.The National Leader of the Turkmen people also paid special attention to export potential. “The new facilities will significantly increase the volume of blue fuel’ supplied abroad, which, in turn, will create favorable conditions for the further development of our state and a substantial improvement in the standard of living of our citizens,” emphasized the Hero-Arkadag.
