The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Hosted a Meeting with the Ambassador of the Republic of Cyprus

On May 14, 2026, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, A.Gurbanov, met with the Ambassador of the Republic of Cyprus to Turkmenistan (with residence in Moscow), Kypros Giorgallis.

Special attention was paid to interagency contacts, which provide an additional impetus to Turkmen-Cypriot cooperation.It was emphasized that Turkmenistan and the Republic of Cyprus successfully cooperate on the international stage within the framework of international organizations.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the sides confirmed their readiness to further develop the mutually beneficial bilateral partnership between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Cyprus.
