The auction house Heritage Auctions in the United States has put up for sale a prop from the film “Titanic” - the door on which Rose escaped. The starting price of the lot is 40 000 USD. MIR 24 reports this.
It is worth noting that this is not just an ordinary door. It is part of an ornate door frame in the Louis XV style.
The auction also includes a ship's wheel, Rose's dress, and orange life buoys.
