Türkmen Enjan Business Company has completed an order placed by builders of the TAPI gas pipeline project (the Turkmen section).The builders have been provided with 214,000 meters of high-pressure polyethylene pipes (225 mm in diameter), manufactured by the company.

They will be used to ensure an adequate water supply to construction sites, to meet technological process-specific needs and those of maintenance workers of the gas pipeline currently under construction.

The company’s production facility in Ak Bugday etrap, Akhal velayat has been producing polyethylene and polypropylene water and sewage pipes for several years now.Manufactured in diameters ranging from 110 mm to 630 mm, the pipes have universal chemical resistance and are able to withstand a pressure of 25 atmospheres for 50 years.

The enterprise boasts several production lines equipped with extruder machines made in Germany used to produce small- and large-diameter pipes, and extruders for twin wall drainage pipes with a corrugated external wall, and electric cable duct systems.

Depending on pipe diameters, the facility is capable of manufacturing from 200 meters to 1,000 meters of polymer products daily.The entrepreneurs buy raw materials for polymer pipes at the gas chemical complex in the settlement of Kiyanly.

The production of high-quality and high-strength polymer products has made it possible to keep public utilities and builders well supplied with pipes used for repairing and building utility systems countrywide.

Türkmen Enjan, a member of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, is also well known as a big equipment and machinery supplier, and as a successful builder of turnkey industrial facilities.

In collaboration with leading European companies, the entrepreneurs have reconstructed and modernized some twenty industrial enterprises and water supply facilities in our country, as well as facilities with foreign companies as prime contractors.

Türkmen Enjan has recently won a construction tender for the second phase of the Lebap Cement Plant with a capacity of 1 million tons per year. The construction work is well underway. The company is building an office building, hostel accommodations, a canteen and other infrastructure facilities. The new enterprise will be put into operation in December of 2022.
