Turkmen Confectionery Manufacturer Aims to Expand Its Export Destinations

Misgär Economic Society, which produces various sweets and cookies in Turkmenistan, plans to increase the number of foreign partners.

According to Rysgal newspaper’ Monday issue, the company started in 2000with the production of 2-3 varieties of cookies. Today it produces over 40 varieties of confectionery, including biscuits, waffles and chocolate-coated sweets.

The confectionery products with chocolate, orange and other flavors, produced under the Misgär trademark, are packed in special packages weighing from 250 grams to 3 kg and delivered to consumers.

The production workshop of the enterprise is equipped with modern high-tech machinery from Turkey. The enterprise is designed to produce 15 thousand tons of confectionery products annually, mainly with the use of local raw materials.

Misgär Economic Society, which has been operating on the Turkmen market for almost 20 years, employs more than 50 specialists.
