Turkmen President to Visit UAE This Month

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov will visit the United Arab Emirates in November this year.

The organizational issues of the upcoming visit was discussed between Berdiniyaz Matiyev, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, and Ahmed Al Hay Al Hameli, the UAE Ambassador to Turkmenistan, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan in Ashgabat on Friday, the UAE Embassy in Turkmenistan said in its statement.

Rahymberdi Jepbarov, the Chairman of the State Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of Turkmenistan, also attended the meeting.

The sides also discussed the bilateral relations between the UAE and Turkmenistan.

The Head of Turkmenistan was invited to visit the middle eastern country by the UAE President Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan in July.
