Turkmen specialists took part in the training “Inspection of ships in operation”

Specialists of the Administration of State Supervision of Shipping in Turkmenistan took part in the training “Inspection of ships in operation”, which was organized in the city of Aktau, Kazakhstan.

The training was held from January 28 to February 3 with the assistance of the Classification Society “Bureau Veritas Marine & Offshore sas” (BV qualification society) within the framework of the “Agreement on the provision of authority to perform inspection services for ships registered in Turkmenistan”.

During the training, participants completed classes on the basic requirements for ensuring safe navigation of ships and preventing environmental pollution in accordance with international standards.

Based on the results of the training, Turkmen specialists were awarded relevant certificates, according to the website of the “Turkmen Sea and River Routes” Agency.
