TurkmenAmerican Business Association Launches in Washington

The official inauguration of the Turkmen-American Business Cooperation Association (TABCA) and its first business forum took place on Wednesday in Washington, bringing together representatives of more than 50 Turkmen and U.S. companies.

Participants represented sectors including logistics, e-commerce, information technology, education, consulting, trade, services, and other areas of small and medium-sized business. The forum focused on strengthening direct B2B contacts between entrepreneurs from Turkmenistan and the United States, according to the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the U.S. on Friday.

During the event, companies presented their activities, discussed prospects for cooperation, and exchanged practical experience in doing business in both countries.

Representatives of the Turkmen Embassy congratulated the leadership and members of TABCA on the launch of the association, highlighting its importance as a new practical platform for expanding Turkmen-American trade and economic cooperation, particularly in the field of small and medium-sized enterprises.

The forum program also included a business-to-business networking session and an award ceremony recognizing Turkmen and American entrepreneurs for their contribution to the development of bilateral business ties.

According to the statement, the creation of TABCA marks an important step toward building stronger and more direct connections between the business communities of the two countries.
