Turkmenistan and Romania strengthen transport cooperation

Meetings of Turkmen-Romanian working groups on transport cooperation were held in Bucharest - the 3rd meeting of the Joint Commission on Road Transport and the 4th meeting of the working group on cooperation in the field of transport, reports the press service of the Turkmen Foreign Ministry.

The Turkmen delegation was headed by the head of the “Turkmenawtoulaglary” Agency of the Transport and Communications Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan G. Akmamedov.

During the meetings, the parties discussed the implementation of previously reached agreements and the prospects for mutually beneficial partnership in the transit and transport sector. A high level of cooperation between the countries and the possibility of expanding it in the field of road freight transport were noted.

Following the events, the minutes of both meetings were signed.
