Turkmenistan Conducts Accreditation and Testing of Türkmenstandartlary Laboratories

In Turkmenistan, accreditation and testing of the laboratories of the State Reference Center and the Main State Service Türkmenstandartlary are currently underway, as announced by Deputy Prime Minister for Economic and Financial Affairs Hojamyrat Geldimyradov during a government online meeting on Friday.

According to the vice-premier, these activities comply with international standards and aim to modernize the material and technical base, ensuring the effective resolution of tasks facing these institutions, as reported by the official media of Turkmenistan.

Summing up the report, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized the importance of the proper functioning of existing laboratories.

The head of state endorsed the initiative to pursue international accreditation of testing laboratories and assigned specific tasks to the vice-premier regarding this matter.

The meeting also addressed several other issues concerning state affairs.
