Turkmenistan outlined the priorities of its chairmanship at the “Central Asia  Republic of Korea” Forum

Deputy Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan Vepa Hajiyev took part in an online meeting of deputy foreign ministers of the countries participating in the “Central Asia Republic of Korea” Cooperation Forum, reports the press service of the Turkmen foreign ministry.

At the working meeting, topical issues of preparation for the upcoming 16th Cooperation Forum “Central Asia - Republic of Korea” at the level of foreign ministers, which will be held on November 1 this year in Ashgabat, were discussed.

The Turkmen diplomat emphasized the importance and high effectiveness of this format when discussing priority issues of regional partnership.

Transport and logistics, healthcare and medicine, climate change and environmental protection, information and communication technologies, education and science, as well as tourism have been identified as the key areas to which Turkmenistan, as the chairman of the Forum, will give priority attention.
