Turkmenistan’s initiatives in digitalization are recognized as key drivers of sustainable development and regional connectivity, with the country taking a leading role in transport, energy, and green transition projects under the SPECA framework, UNESCAP Deputy Executive Secretary Shombi Sharp told Trend.
