The Korpeje Gas Production Department of Nebitgazçykaryş (Oil and Gas Extraction) Trust of the Türkmennebit (Turkmen Oil) State Concern produced over 772 million cubic meters of natural gas from the operating wells in January-March 2023, the country’s official media reported on Saturday.
According to the report, the department has fulfilled the annual plan by 113 percent, which is 86 million cubic meters more than planned.
During the reporting period, the specialists of the Korpeje department fulfilled the plan of 12 thousand 420 tons of oil delivery by 117 percent at the expense of gas condensate from the wells.
In addition, the department is able to organize work on the extraction of natural gas from the wells at Körpeje, Çekişler and Altyguýy fields in western Turkmenistan, as well as its preparation and delivery to consumers.
