The women's national football team of Turkmenistan (U20) recognized the rivals in qualification for the Asian Cup-2024.
Turkmenistan from the 4th pot got into group “H’, where it will meet with Iran and Bangladesh.
The first-round matches of the qualification for the Asian Cup 2024 among girls under 20 will be held on March 4-12, 2023. Group “H” meetings will be held in a centralized one-round format in Bangladesh.
Meetings of groups “A”, “B”, “C”, “D”, “E”, “F”, “G” will be held in Laos, Palestine, Kyrgyzstan, Jordan, Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia. The eight group winners qualify for the second round, which will be held from June 3 to 11 2023, where the top four teams will qualify for the 2024 AFC Asian Cup Finals.
The teams of Japan, North Korea and the Republic of Korea automatically qualified for the tournament, as well as the host country - Uzbekistan. 8 women's national teams under 20 will take part in the Asian Cup 2024.
The final tournament of the Asian Cup among girls under 20 should be held from March 3 to 16 2024 in Uzbekistan.
