The Russian delegation at the Asian Games in Ashgabat will be headed by the spokesperson for the Russian Federation Council Valentina Matvienko, the media outlet “Kommersant” reported on 15 August with reference to two sources.
Let us recall that Matvienko last visited Ashgabat in December 2015.In May 2017 she met with Serdar Berdymukhammedov, the head of the Mejlis legislation committee and the President’s son and invited Turkmenistan to become the participant of the CIS Interparliament Assembly.
