President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov left on working trip to Balkan Velayat.Before the flight, the President gave instructions to relative leaders regarding further development of the International Airport of the capital.
Upon arrival to Turkmenbashy International Airport, the Head of the State was met by the Hyakim of the velayat, number of Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers, leaders of military and law enforcement agencies.
The main objective of working trip of the Head of the State is to inspect on site the course of reformations in the Caspian region of the country especially in Avaza National tourist zone.
After completion of this colossal project, Balkan Velayat opened new direction of its social and economic growth.For the last years from the opening of the first hotels and resorts at the seacoast, Avaza entered the list of international tourist routes as the resort of international class and became one of the leading brands of Turkmenistan.
Having proceeded from the airport the National tourist zone, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov arrived to the construction site of the Aqua Park with resort centre.According to the decision of the Head of the State, building of this new large facility that previously was under the supervision of fuel and energy complex has been given to the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, which prepared number of proposals in this regard for development of new complex and making comfortable recreation centre with living sector on its base.
The Head of the UIET presented projects of the buildings of desalination plant, double-storey guest cottages including two options of locating of 16 houses for 128 people and location plan of 14 houses for 120 guests, illustrations of decoration of administration office, open and indoor sports and children playground, sport and children swimming pools with artificial waves, pond and vehicle parking to Turkmen leader for review.
Generally, 6.2 hectares of land have been allocated for the complex.Besides, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov was presented with the projects of different facilities planned to be built in Ashgabat under the 16th phase of urban construction.
They include 44-apartment buildings on Gyorogly Street and cottage estate.Total area of double-storey 6-room cottage is 389.74 sq.m.while living area is 167.08 sq.
m.The land plot of such house with adjoin territory is 900 meters with the garage.Other type of cottage houses is three-story cottage with the attic on the top floor.
It is also planned to build the complex of 4-storey living houses under urban construction of the western part of the capital.The Head of the State was presented with the drawings of the massifs of 68 and 54 houses including relevant social and living infrastructure like power substation, school, kindergarten, market and shopping centre, celebration hall, green zone, etc.
There are versions of the buildings of shopping centres among demonstrated projects that are planned to be built in Keshy living estate.Having noted that timely formation of the network of supermarkets is important for rapidly developing district of the capital, the President of Turkmenistan approved the projects of shopping centres, having made number of recommendations for maximum comfort of the customers.
Generally, the Head of the State approved the concept of the 16th phase of urban construction of Ashgabat, its zoning on multi-apartment and individual living houses of cottage and mansion type.
Having appreciated artistic approach of project designers to urban construction development of the capital and adding new expressive features to its architectural appearance, the Head of the State requested to work over in detail the plan for the 16th phase.
Turkmen leader also inspected the territory of the Aqua Park, which promises to be the centre of children play and active family recreation.This multifunctional complex will accommodate numerous entertainments, first of all, the aquatic one.
These are different pools for children and sports, with numerous slides, artificial waves for surfing and other.The Rafting amusement imitating floating down impetuous mountain river is one of the most attractive.
The lovers on new feelings will have them in full, getting into whirlpools, labyrinth, mountain tunnel, meeting water rapids and falling from the height to the lake.Educational tours on geographic and climate belts of our planet will be also available.
The President of Turkmenistan demanded to pay utmost attention to the reliability and safety of the amusements.Generally, the development of the industry of active recreation and entertainments, improvement of the quality and variety of services will stimulate the flow of tourists to Avaza, the Head of the State said.
Innovative resort infrastructure intensively forms in National tourist zone where high-class boarding houses and hotels with treatment and therapeutic departments, children health resorts, cottage for family holidays, sport complexes with all necessary for health improvement of people have been built and continue to be constructed.
Today, it is not just a holiday place on the Caspian coast but also the place for health improvement, the course of recreational treatment based on the latest achievements of modern medicine and beautiful natural factors like fresh air, sun and sea bathes guaranteeing the charge of liveliness and good health for a long time.
At present time, the rate of construction of modern sanatorium Avaza, which foundation was laid in May of the last year with participation of the Head of the State, is growing rapidly.
New health resort is built between Oguzkhan Avenue and Dostluk Street next to health and recreation centre Dashoguz.Construction site of Avaza sanatorium was the next destination of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov during his visit to National tourist zone.
The complex meets the highest international standards and is designated for 200 guests.There are 96 double-rooms and 8 luxury rooms with all comfort conditions for the patients in 9-storey white-marble building.
Specialized departments of the centre provided with top modern medicinal equipment from leading world manufacturers are designated for provision of wide spectrum of treatment and rehabilitation services.Departments of diagnostics and consultation, physiotherapy and treatment physical training, X-ray, ultrasound test, electrocardiography, electrotherapy, massage and acupuncture rooms, clinical laboratories and other will operate in the sanatorium.
Qualified medical aid of otolaryngologist, dentist, gynaecologist and other specialists will be provided there.Ground floor of rehabilitation centre accommodate hydrotherapy department with pools for children and adults, rooms for bathes with sea and mineral waters, fangotherapy the treatment by paraffin, ozokerit, healing muds from the famous Mollakara Lake.
It is worth mentioning that special hydraulic devices are stipulated there for movements of the patients with musculoskeletal system diseases, injuries or after surgeries to the pool and back.
Living rooms and gyms will also be equipped accordingly for such patients.At present time, finishing works are carried out in the main building of the sanatorium, which is planned to be opened in summer of 2018.
Tiling of the building with the marble is ongoing.Technical facilities and engineering communications are under construction. 600-meter well the source of iodine and bromine mineral water, was drilled at the territory of the complex.
This healing water is successfully used during rehabilitation of the diseases of nerve, cardiovascular, locomotive, endocrinology and genito-urinary systems.Besides, 180-millimiter diameter pipeline with seawater supply was laid from the Caspian Sea.
President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov expressed the interest in the features of iodine bromine mineral water, its chemical composition and distinguishing features from other famous mineral springs including in Farab, Archman, Berzengi, Yilly Suv and other.
Composition of useful substances in local mineral water in combination with sea air is able to be applied efficiently in rehabilitation of the patients and general health improvement of people.
The water from the spring that will be used for balneology in Avaza Sanatorium does not yield and by some parameters exceeds foreign analogues.President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted that the mechanism of therapeutic effect of iodine and bromine waters, in other words penetration of the ions of iodine and bromine through the skin, depends on mineral composition of water and its temperature.
Sodium chloride is one of the main factors effecting penetration of biologically active components.At the same time, the effect continues after taking the bath as the salt after crystalization leaves thin layer on the skin.
According to medical data, 140 190 mkg of iodine and 0.28 0.3 mg of bromine penetrate through the skin for 10 minutes of treatment to the organism where it selectively accumulates in thyroid glands, hypophysis and hypothalamus.
The iodine is the component of the thyroid glands hormone the thyroxin while the tissues of hypophysis contain the bromine.Generally, application of iodine and bromine baths result in the improvement of general state, extinction of headaches, insomnia and heartaches.
Speaking of this, the Head of the State recommended more active applications of these good features of mineral water in combination with healing physical training as efficient method of recovery therapy.
Therapeutic exercises have to take equal place together with other treatment methods in new sanatorium and other medical facilities.This is strong rehabilitation and preventative measure that promote speedy recovery of the patient and mobilization of immune systems of his organism.
During the inspection of Avaza Sanatorium, the Head of the State expressed the interest in the conditions for patients’ stay and gave instruction to make different room types like single and family rooms including for parents with small children.
The project also includes the SPA with sauna and rooms for halotherapy where special multilayer salt cover will be put on the walls and floor.This method is based on artificial creation of the microclimate that is identical to the conditions of salt caves.
Together with climate therapy, balneotherapy with physiotherapy and acupuncture special attention in the sanatorium is to be paid to the phytotherapy using medicinal herbs growing in Turkmenistan.Every patient of the complex will be able to enjoy medicinal drinks, healing cocktails and tea, herbal potions in the herbal tea room on the seventh floor.
Tennis courts and billiard rooms, children playground are designated for the recreation of the patients.Outdoor pool, cafeteria, sport grounds for football, basketball and tennis will be located on the territory of the complex.
The sanatorium is planned to be opened in June 2018.Looking around the facility, the Head of the State brought the attention of relative leaders on the plans of further development of National tourist zone, which is by right may be referred to as resort pearl of our country.
The President highlighted that the purpose of creation of Avaza is to realize colossal potential of the seaside and provide the most comfortable conditions for the rest of Turkmenistan citizens and the guests of the country, interesting and useful recreation of people including water and other sports.
In this context, Turkmen leader highlighted that active implementation of the latest technologies and engineering technical developments, original architectural and project solutions are the main reference points in the development of Avaza.
At the same time, the President attached special importance to such aspects as harmonic combination of architectural ensemble of National tourist zone with local natural landscape, care of the environment of the Caspian Coast.
Good ecology of seaside region is important factor for making Avaza the centre of tourist attraction from different parts of the world, the Head of the State mentioned.During the inspection of works at new construction site, the President greeted the construction personnel and wished them success in timely and quality completion of this important facility.
At the end of the inspection of the construction of the sanatorium, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov again outlined number of objectives of the administration of seaside region, members of the Government corps of the country in efficient management of Avaza resort, which is to be economic and investment driver of Balkan Velayat, prime point of the development of medicinal and health improving tourism, travel industry and hospitality in Turkmenistan.
