Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan arrived in Ashgabat on December 10, according to the Turkmenistan’s official media.
Khachaturyan will participate in the International Forum marking the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s permanent neutrality.
The visit underscores the steady nature of ArmeniaTurkmenistan relations, which are based on principles of friendship, mutual understanding and respect.
Earlier, Iraqi President Abdul Latif Rashid and São Tomé and Príncipe President Carlos Manuel Vila Nova arrived in the Turkmen capital.
