Within the framework of a working trip to the Perm Territory, Consul General of Turkmenistan in Kazan (the Russian Federation) Atadurdy Bayramov visited the Perm State National Research University, where citizens of our country study.
The diplomat delivered lecture "Turkmenistan - the homeland of Neutrality" to the students of the Perm State National Research University, during which he gave an overview of the international initiatives of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov aimed at solving urgent problems of the global agenda, forming an effective political and diplomatic toolkit in the interests of peace, economic and innovative integration, sustainable development.
Touching upon the topic of the Turkmen-Russian strategic partnership, the Turkmen diplomat focused the audience's attention on the successfully developing cooperation in the scientific and educational sphere.
Moreover, Consul General Atadurdy Bayramov held a meeting with the leadership of the Ministry of Education of the Perm Territory and the University. The meeting participants expressed the mutual interest in enhancing a multifaceted dialogue with specialized universities of Turkmenistan.
