Today, the government delegation of Turkmenistan headed by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov arrived in Beijing at the invitation of Chinese President Xi Jinping.
According to the Turkmen Foreign Ministry, the President of the country and the Head of the NOC of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov will take part in the Opening Ceremony of the XXIV Winter Olympic Games in the capital of China, which will begin at 17:00 Ashgabat time at the Bird's Nest stadium.
A high-level meeting is expected to be held during the visit to China.
