CIS Secretary General Sergey Lebedev sent a congratulatory message to the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov on the occasion of Neutrality Day, reports the State News Agency of Turkmenistan.
The CIS Secretary General expressed confidence that adherence to the principle of neutrality will contribute to further strengthening the authority of Turkmenistan in the region and the world.
Taking this opportunity, Sergey Lebedev wished the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov good health, prosperity and success in responsible activities at the highest government position, and prosperity and well-being to the Turkmen people.
