The Turkmen agrobusiness increases its production

For three months of 2021 the Turkmen agrobusiness has significantly increased crop production as compared with the same period of the past year.According to the State Statistics Committee of Turkmenistan, production of vegetables as a whole in the country has grown by 24, 8 %.

Fruits and berries for January-March, 2021 Turkmen landowners have produced 3, 2 % more than for the same period in 2020.

A positive dynamics in the given sphere reflects high rates of development of agrobusiness in Turkmenistan. A big contribution to its strengthening is brought by various government programs aimed at increase of quantity of private enterprises, engaged in agriculture.

The Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan encourages the initiative of private agricultural producers, provides material, financial and consulting aid. With support of UIET experts projects of the largest hothouse farms in the country, agro-industrial complexes and farms are developed.

The agrobusiness promotes development of the market of vitaminous production in Turkmenistan, making vegetables, fruits and berries even more affordable to citizens of the country. Thus the best conditions for maintenance of a healthy way of life, observance of principles of the balanced food are created.
