Turkmen Company Exports Its Polymer Products to CIS Countries, Turkey

Geljege Miras Individual Enterprise, the Turkmen manufacturer of polymer products, is exporting its products to the CIS countries and Turkey.

In an interview with Business Turkmenistan at the Exhibition dedicated to Turkmenistan’s 30th independence anniversary held last week, the company representative said the enterprise’s future plans include exports to Moldova and Kazakhstan.

The company’s product range consists of different sized bags, plastic construction materials, personal protective equipment (helmet), plastic baskets for fruits and vegetables, and polypropylene monofilament threads.

The enterprise is designed to produce 1 million small and 500 thousand large polypropylene and plastic bags annually. It is also capable of producing up to 400 kilograms of monofilament yarn per hour.

The company’s production plant, located in the industrial zone of Ak Bugday etrap in Ahal velayat, is equipped with advanced machinery from Austria. Raw materials for production are purchased from the polymer plant in Kiyanly and the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries, according to the company representative.

Geljege Miras IE was established in 2013 and currently employs 120 specialists.
