President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent his congratulations and best wishes to Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan on his appointment as the Vice President of the United Arab Emirates.
"We highly value the effective cooperation established in Turkmenistan with the United Arab Emirates. Today, our bilateral relations are being developed in various directions and enriched with new content. The high-level mutual visits and the talks held within them motivate us to strengthen our cooperation," the congratulatory letter of the Turkmen Leader states.
President Berdimuhamedov thanked Vice-President Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan for his personal contribution to the development of Turkmen-Emirati relations, expressed confidence that this cooperation will further expand and wished him sound health, happiness, and success in his undertakings.
Chairman of Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov also congratulated Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan on his appointment as Vice President of the UAE.
