Maiden's Tower in Istanbul reopened after restoration

The Maiden Tower in Istanbul (Türkiye) has opened after two years of restoration, reports the “Anadolu” agency.

Residents and guests of the city can visit the tower starting from Thursday, May 11.

Until the end of May, admission will be free for everyone from 9:00 to 20:00.

You can get to the tower by boats from the Kabatas and Salajak piers, they depart daily from 9:00 to 19:00.

The Maiden's Tower is located in the Asian part of Istanbul on a small island in the Bosphorus Strait in the Uskudar region. The tower is one of the symbols of the city.
